Columbia County man accused of stealing puppy

COLUMBIA COUNTY - A Columbia County man is facing charges after police say he stole a puppy.

Police say 60-year-old Raymond Quintero of Germantown took the puppy while it was outside a home on Kelly Road in Red Hook

Quintero is charged with petit larceny and trespass.

The dog was returned to its owner.
