SARATOGA COUNTY - A Saratoga County woman, who was convicted of animal cruelty for neglecting her horses, appears to be in violation of the terms of her probation.

Ann Arnold, of Greenfield Center was barred from having horses on her property for three years when she was sentenced in July on 19 counts of failing to care for the animals.

The District Attorney says police are aware of what appears to be 17 horses on the property.
