Former North Greenbush Democratic Party Chairman arrested

NORTH GREENBUSH - A former chairman of the Democratic Party in the town of North Greenbush has been arrested in Florida.
According to NewsChannel13’s sister station in Vero Beach, James Germano was taken into custody on November 2.
Police say he made sexual advances to a boy under the age of 18 while the boy was waiting for his school bus.
Then, police say, Germano offered cash to the boy's mother for sex.
Germano is free on bail and denies the accusations.
