COLUMBIA COUNTY - Employees at the McGuire engineering company in Claverack tell the Register Star newspaper that someone stole up to 50 feet of copper piping from their basement.

The water was left running, flooding the area.

The sheriff's department would only tell NewsChannel13 that there is an open investigation at the business.

So far, no arrests have been made
