Independently owned stores are hoping you'll come out and buy local tomorrow.

A number of cities across the Capital Region are taking part in Small Business Saturday.

It's a day set aside to encourage shoppers to invest in their local economies.

The women at Circles in Stuyvesant Plaza say it's important for the area.

The campaign is sponsored by American Express, which is also offering cardholder’s money back for shopping at qualified stores tomorrow.
