Suspect identified in Troy screwdriver stabbing

TROY – Police are looking for a suspect in connection with a screwdriver stabbing, earlier this month.
24-year-old Emmet Fullins is wanted for assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
The victim survived with only minor injuries, but said at the time he came very close to being seriously hurt.
