Former town supervisor drops floatplane suit against NY

WARRENSBURG - The former Warrensburg Town Supervisor is dropping his lawsuit against the State.

Maynard Baker says he can't afford to continue the suit he launched in 2010.

Baker sued New York over a ban on floatplanes from certain lakes in the Adirondacks, saying the ban violates the Americans with Disabilities Act.
