Loeser faces sentencing for kidnap, sex abuse

BALLSTON SPA - A 22-year-old man accused of abusing three children is scheduled to be sentenced today.
Eric Loeser pleaded guilty last month to kidnapping and sexual abuse.
His sentencing is scheduled for Saratoga County Court at 1:15 p.m. He is expected to get at least 20 years in state prison.
Loeser and Timothy Kaye were accused of kidnapping a child from a group home in Albany and sexually assaulting him at locations in Saratoga County.
Loeser has also pleaded guilty to abusing two other children.
