Two air lifted to Albany Med following Milton crash

MILTON – Two were injured, and airlifted to Albany Med after a car accident around 5:54 a.m. on Middleline Rd. in Milton.

Police say the accident happened when 23-year-old Jeffery Davenport crossed from the north to the south bound lane, hitting 22-year-old Kristina Giammusso’s car head on.

Both are said to be in stable condition.

Davenport is being charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right, and will appear in the Town of Milton Court at a later date.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
