DA to speak on investigation of fatal police shooting

SCHENECTADY - Schenectady County District Attorney Robert Carney has scheduled a press conference for noon on Tuesday.
He is expected to discuss the grand jury investigation into the death of Luis Rivera.
Rivera was shot and killed by three Schenectady Police officers in august 2011.
Over the weekend, a source told us that the three officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing.
Schenectady Police have said all along that Rivera had a gun.
The autopsy found Rivera was shot in the back.
