High school student facing charges after cafeteria brawl

SARATOGA SPRINGS - A Saratoga High School student is facing criminal charges after an in-school brawl.

Police say 16-year-old Heath Blowers assaulted another boy in the cafeteria.

The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for cuts and bruises to his forehead and eye.

Blowers faces a charge of misdemeanor assault.
