Police investigate a nursing home death

An 85 year old nursing home resident is dead after apparently climbing out the window of his second story room.
Police say the man climbed out during bed checks at Maplewood Nursing Home in Ballston Spa late Friday or early Saturday. Staff members found him while doing a search of the grounds.
Tthe man was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police are still investigating.
