SARATOGA SPRINGS - There is new information on the death of a Saratoga nursing home resident.

District Attorney Jim Murphy says 85-year-old Carlton Decker died of a heart attack although the official autopsy report won't be out until toxicology tests are back.

Decker was found outside of the Maplewood Manor nursing home on Saturday.

He had been living there for several years.

Members of the staff found him by a door in an outside courtyard.

They searched for him after noticing he was missing during a routine bed check.
