AJ’s Old No 7 Jack Daniel’s Drunken Meat Loaf

Ingredients:
Ground Beef 1.5 pound
Ground Veal 3/4 pound
Ground Pork 3/4 pound
Miss Sydney’s Indu’s Chutney 1 Jar
Spanish Onion Finely Diced 1 Cup
Maple Syrup 1/2 cup
Old No. 7 Jack Daniels 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan 1/2 cup
Eggs 4 each
White Bread 4 slices
Kosher Salt 3 tablespoons
Dijon Mustard 3 tablespoons
Method:
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef, veal and pork.
Combine all the remaining ingredients except for the milk and bread and add to the ground meat.
Mix the ground meat so that all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Small dice the white bread and soak in the milk. Once the bread is fully soaked squeeze out the excess milk and mix the bread into the meat mixture.
Grease the sides and bottom of the 2 loaf pans and fill with the meat mixture.
Set oven to 350 degrees and cook for about 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Yield: 2 Loaf Pans
