Schenectady names new police chief

The City of Schenectady is expected to announce the new police chief on Monday.
A source in the police department tells NewsChannel 13, that it's Brian Kilcullen.
He has been an assistant chief since 2008.
Kilcullen will replace Mark Chaires, who retired at the end of the year.
An official announcement is set for Monday at 11a.m.
