Fight over 46th Senate District still not over

Republican George Amedore has already taken the oath of office in the 46th State Senate District, even though the fight over uncounted ballots continues.

Protesters are delivering petitions to the appellate court in Albany demanding all the votes be counted.

Democrat Cecilia Tkacyzk trails Amedore by less than 40 votes.

Her supporters believe if all the votes are counted, she will emerge as the winner.
