Man hospitalized after police chase ends in crash

One man is hospitalized after police say he crashed his vehicle while trying to elude police by driving the wrong way on I-90.
State Police say the man was driving a truck that nearly hit two Albany Police officers who were standing outside their patrol cars Sunday night.
The officers followed the truck but backed off when State Troopers started chasing him.
Police say the man drove across the median and drove the wrong way before crashing near Exit 10.
The man's name or potential charges have not yet been released.
