Police: Driver's blood alcohol level was four times limit

COPAKE - Police say a Columbia County driver had a blood alcohol level that was more than four times the legal limit.

39-year-old John Oakley was arrested Sunday night on Route 22 in Copake.

Police say he failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.

He's charged with aggravated DWI and other charges.
