Albany officials cut the ribbon to open a new high-end apartment complex Tuesday morning.
The complex, located at 27 Western Avenue, was the old Albany High School Annex.
Albany Mayor Jerry Jennings and other leaders were on hand to mark the opening of the building.
They're very excited about the project, which features 31 apartment units, with rents ranging from $750-$1900 a month.
City officials hope these new apartments will attract new residents, and new businesses to the area.
