99 ballots will be counted in 46th Senate Race

The Appellate Division has ruled that 99 ballots cast aside, should be counted in the race for the 46th State Senate Seat.

Republican George Amedore has taken the oath of office already, and leads Democrat Cecilia Tkaczyk by 37 votes.

No word yet on when the 99 ballots will be counted, but it could clearly change the outcome of the race.
