ALBANY - The people of the 46th Senate District will have to wait until at least next week to find out who will represent them.
The State Court of Appeals tells NewsChannel 13 they approved a stay of the appellate court's decision to count 99 disputed votes.
Right now George Amedore leads Cecilia Tkaczyk by 37 votes.
The court of appeals could decide on Monday what to do about the disputed ballots.
