Man charged with fourth DWI in decade

A man is under arrest on DWI charges for the fourth time in 10 years.
Warren County Sheriff's Deputies stopped 29-year-old Travis Queary of Lewis County on Route 9 Sunday night.
Police say Queary's blood alcohol level was more than two times the legal limit.
Since this is his fourth arrest, he now faces felony DWI charges, and the loss of his driver's license.
