Inauguration cell phone app unveiled

The president's second inauguration is just around the corner.
Official tickets are being distributed to House members Monday and to the Senate on Tuesday.
New this time around: a cell phone app.
It includes a live stream of the ceremony, an event schedule and a map to help ticket holders navigate around the festivities.
The hope is the app will cut down on the confusion crowds experienced four years ago.
The public ceremony is Monday, Jan. 21.
