Fire Dept. blames elements for Schen. home collapse

SCHENECTADY - A vacant building collapses in Schenectady and the fire department blames the elements.
The building is at 535 Schenectady Street, next to the original Mt. Carmel Church.
Code enforcement calls the building an immediate hazard and will have it demolished.
Until that's done, they have someone there to keep people away in case more of the building gives way.
