ALBANY - An historic building in Albany's Arbor Hill is getting new life.
Mayor Jennings helped cut the ribbon today on the newly renovated building known as King's Place.
The 157 year old building sits behind Ten Broeck Mansion.
It will now serve as the administrative headquarters for the Albany County Historical Association, previously located in the mansion's basement.
