Police: Purse snatcher taken down by Good Samaritan

EAST GREENBUSH - Police say a purse snatcher was taken down by a good Samaritan.
They say 20-year-old Zackary Davis Todd was being held down by someone when officers got to the Hannaford plaza in East Greenbush.
Todd is accused of opening the passenger door of a car, and grabbing a purse from a woman.
And police say he admitted to doing the same thing, in the same parking lot last month.
