Saratoga County man arrested for fifth time in one week

SARATOGA SPRINGS - A Saratoga County man is behind bars tonight after his fifth arrest in one week.

The latest for 53-year-old James Flacke is for burglary.

Police say the Saratoga Springs man burglarized his ex-wife's home.

They say the previous four arrests are also connected to an ongoing domestic dispute with her.
