3 charged in Montgomery County puppy mill

MINDEN – Authorities in Montgomery County tell NewsChannel 13 they have now arrested three people in connection with the seizure of more than 50 dogs earlier this month.

According to police the barn where the animals were discovered was not heated and many had frostbite, open wounds, and worms.

The animals were living in fecal matter and at least one was dead.
