Man robbed after making Facebook friend

TROY – Police say what was supposed to be a start of a friendship via Facebook ended with a man being robbed.
According to police a 19-year-old victim from Rensselaer County accepted a friend request by someone he thought was a young lady.
They arranged to meet on Jackson Street near First and Second Streets in Troy.
Police say the victim was greeted by three men who beat him up and took his ATM card and phone.
There was no girl.
19-year-old Isaiah Bridges has been arrested.
Police are still looking for his two accomplices.
