Niskayuna attorney's death remains mystery; funeral held Saturday

SCHENECTADY - A local attorney, whose death remains a mystery, will be laid to rest on Saturday morning.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 at St. John the Evangelist Church in Schenectady.

Calling hours will be held Friday from 4 -7 p.m. at McVeigh Funeral Home in Albany.

Wallender was found dead in the woods not far from his Niskayuna home last week.

Police told NewsChannel 13 Tuesday that an autopsy has been completed, but they have not released a cause of death yet.
