ALBANY - Part of the Corning Tower is without power.

A state spokesperson says it's because of a problem with a heating and cooling unit, which leaked. It sent water flowing from the 23rd floor to the 16th floor.

About 50 to 60 work stations were affected and moved to alternate locations.

The state expects power restoration to take about 36 to 48 hours.
