West Sand Lake woman faces drunk driving charges for third time

EAST GREENBUSH - A woman from West Sand Lake is facing drunk driving charges for a third time.

East Greenbush Police say they arrested Tonya McIntyre early Tuesday morning after one of their officers spotted her car drifting from lane to lane on Upper Mannix Road.

Police say McIntyre would not cooperate with the field sobriety test and refused a breathalyzer.

They also tell us she was convicted of DWI in Schodack in 2010, and driving while ability impaired in 2004 in Guilderland.
