EAST GREENBUSH - An East Greenbush native and current Manhattan socialite will spend up to ten years in prison for nearly killing a man.

The New York Post reports a downstate judge sentenced Tabber Benedict to three to ten years in prison for aggravated vehicular assault.

Benedict was driving drunk after leaving a party in the Hamptons back in 2011, when he struck a bicyclist and left him for dead.
