Police make an arrest following a Christmas shooting spree

State Police say they've caught two people who caused $12,000 in damage when they went on a shooting spree Christmas night. Both are charged with criminal mischief.
16 year old Dustin Kvinlaug was arraigned and released on house arrest. An unnamed juvenile will appear in family court at a later date.
Do one was hurt, but several cars, a tractor, two garages, a satellite dish, and several house lights sustained damage from the 22 caliber rifle.
