Mayor Primeau delivers first State of the City

COHOES - Mayor George Primeau gave his first State of the City address Wednesday night.

The former council president has been on the job for seven weeks.

Primeau outlined the successes he's expecting in Cohoes, including new real estate and business development.

He says Cohoes is thriving, but the challenge ahead is still finances:

Former Cohoes mayor and now Assemblyman John MacDonald was there for the speech.
