HUDSON - A Castleton woman now admits she was drunk the day she crashed her pickup and killed her former sister in law.
Lisa Hartigan pleaded guilty Friday to one count of vehicular manslaughter.
She told the judge she and Darlene Walter had been drinking all day on April 23, the day she lost control of a pickup and hit a tree on Route 9J.
Hartigan faces up to five years in prison when she's sentenced next month.
