HOOSICK FALLS - A Hoosick Falls woman now faces several charges of manslaughter for allegedly hitting and killing a bicyclist last September on Route 22.
An indictment was handed up Friday against Becky Goodermote. She's accused of hitting 39-year-old Matthew Ratelle of Petersburgh.
In addition to manslaughter, she's charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while using a cell phone and leaving the scene of an accident.
Goodermote is due to be arraigned on the indictment next week.
In the meantime, she's free on bail.
