FLORIDA - The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department says it has closed its investigation into the town of Florida.
The state comptroller's office had found at least $19,000 in taxpayer money was missing.
The sheriff's department says all of the funds have now been paid back and the town has decided not to prosecute.
Therefore the sheriff's investigation is over.
