COLONIE - A former maintenance employee at the Best Western has been accused of robbing the hotel.

37-year-old David Taylor was arrested Wednesday night.

Police say he and his accomplices robbed the hotel on February 12.

Police say they entered the lobby, forced two employees to lie on the floor and made the desk clerk open the cash drawer.

They got way with about $440.

The same hotel was robbed back on January 31.

Police are now trying to find out if Taylor is also involved in that robbery.

The other suspects have not yet been arrested.
