Community meeting held in Albany in response to shooting

ALBANY - A community meeting is being held in Albany this week in response to a weekend shooting in the city.

a 23-year-old man was shot in the back Friday night near the corner of First Street and Henry Johnson Boulevard.

Members of SNUG plan to hold a meeting Wednesday night at 6 p.m. at that location.

SNUG is guns spelled backwards, and their their goal is to work together to stop gun violence.
