Another Troy teen arraigned on murder and robbery charges

TROY - Another teen has been arraigned in the murder and robbery of a father from Troy.
Eric Mallard pleaded not guilty today in Rensselaer County Court.
He is one of six people charged with killing 21-year-old Takim Smith.
Prosecutors say the group used two young women to lure Smith into a Corliss Park Apartment earlier this month, then attacked and stabbed him to death.
Mallard and the others are in jail without bail.
