Saratoga County man to spend 8 years for downloading child porn

GANSEVOORT - A Saratoga County man will spend the next 8 years in prison for downloading child porn.

Federal prosecutors say 47-year-old Wayne Conrad Jr. of Gansevoort accessed various websites and downloaded multiple images.

In addition to prison time, he is also barred from having any unsupervised contact with minors.

He must also register as a sex offender.
