Hands Across NY rally held in Schenectady

SCHENECTADY - A group of people took a stand against child abuse Friday.
They gathered as part of a Hands Across New York rally.
The action follows the death of an eight-year-old Schenectady boy who police say was beaten to death by his grandmother.
