Police chase woman accused of stealing car

AMSTERDAM - A Montgomery County woman is under arrest after authorities say she led them on a chase in a stolen car.
The Fulton County Sheriff says 43-year-old Leslie Davis stole the car in Amsterdam.
She was spotted driving without headlights on in the Town of Perth.
When deputies tried to stop her, she allegedly sped off, nearly striking one of the officers.
Deputies found the car a short time later on the side of a road.
They followed footprints until they found Davis in the woods, where she was arrested.
She's now in the Fulton County Jail.
