GREENFIELD - Convicted animal abuser Ann Arnold is due back in court Monday night to face a parole violation.
Arnold was found guilty last year of failing to take care of her horses.
The judge told her not to have any horses on her property for three years.
But the district attorney says she transferred the property in Greenfield to her brother and brought new horses to the farm.
The judges in Greenfield have recused themselves from the parole violation case so Arnold is expected to appear Monday night in Providence Town Court.
