EGREMONT - The Berkshire Eagle Newspaper reports the Town of Egremont wants a top to bottom study done of the police department.

Police Chief Reena Bucknell was placed on paid administrative leave two weeks ago following a no-confidence vote in her leadership by the town's officers.

One officer says she was created a hostile work environment.

Bucknell has been chief for 15 years.
