Former Red Cross employee back in court

RAVENA - Reynaldo Higgins was back in Ravena Village Court Friday to face new charges.

A 16-year-old girl accuses Higgins of making inappropriate comments to her while she was donating blood.

At the time, Higgins was working for the Red Cross but has since been let go.

He is also accused of obtaining the personal information of another high school student from her donor card, and sending that girl nude photos.
