NewsChannel 13 has an update to a story we broke last month involving two Rensselaer County families who claimed that a solar and wind energy business sold them wind turbines that never worked properly.
Now, the owner of that business has been arrested.
NewsChannel 13's media partners at the Post Star Newspaper report Allan Rick Anderson is charged with grand larceny.
Anderson operates Titan Power Systems.
Police say Anderson took $34,000 from a Washington County customer to install a solar heating and energy system, but never finished the work
Police say Anderson is also under investigation for similar allegations in Saratoga and Rensselaer Counties.
