Man accused of sex with teenage boy

COLONIE – Police have arrested a 32-year-old man after they say he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy he met online.

Carl Derush of Colonie was charged with criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.

Derush was arraigned and released after posting bail.
