ALBANY - The 63rd annual St. Patrick's Day parade drew several thousand people Downtown on Saturday.

It was packed with Irish music, dancing and of course, plenty of wild fashion statements.

A little cold weather didn't keep 90-year old Anna May Mulligan away from this year's parade.

"We come every year. We have to keep the tradition up," Mulligan said.

Her grandfather came here all the way from Ireland's County Cork.

Her children and grandchildren were here to celebrate.

"It's all about family and everybody getting together and look at all the people out here," said Gary Mulligan, Anna May's son.
